Our Story

We opened newAGAIN because we believed people in this community deserved better. Better service. Honest pricing. Someone they could actually hold accountable if something went wrong.

Nearly 10 years later, that's still what we are. We've helped thousands of customers in Concord and Kannapolis get their devices fixed, find an affordable phone, or switch to a plan that actually makes sense for them.
