Choose protection that fits your devices
Our AKKO signup page offers Screen, Damage, Full, and AKKO Everything plan options. Depending on the plan, protection may include screen damage, other accidental damage, breakdowns, or theft. Eligible devices and covered incidents vary by plan.
Looking beyond your phone? AKKO also offers protection options for eligible tablets, laptops, game consoles, and other electronics. Compare the current coverage, price, deductible, and limits in the signup flow before choosing.
Get started in three steps
Compare plans. Open newAGAIN's AKKO signup link and choose the option that fits your needs.
Complete registration with AKKO. Follow the checkout instructions, download the AKKO app, and register your eligible device with the required information and photos.
Keep local help close. Both newAGAIN shops are AKKO repair centers, serving Cabarrus and Rowan Counties and surrounding communities.
Already have AKKO and need a repair?
Start a claim in your AKKO account and follow AKKO's instructions for approval and repair. Then contact our Concord or Salisbury shop so we can help coordinate your visit. Coverage and claim decisions are handled by AKKO; any applicable deductible and plan terms still apply.

Know before you enroll
Phones must be fully functional and undamaged to qualify for coverage. A new plan does not cover damage that already happened. AKKO protection is a separate purchase from your phone service plan and newAGAIN's repair warranty. Review AKKO's current eligibility rules, exclusions, deductibles, coverage limits, and any waiting periods before enrolling.
