Pre-Owned Device Warranty

Every pre-owned device comes with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturer defects. If something goes wrong with the device itself under normal use within 90 days, bring it back and we'll make it right.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage from unauthorized repairs after purchase.

Add AKKO device protection

Ask about AKKO protection for your eligible pre-owned phone when you buy in Concord or special-order through Salisbury. Both shops sell AKKO plans and are AKKO repair centers. Coverage is a separate purchase, with eligibility and terms set by AKKO.

Are the phones unlocked?

Most of our pre-owned devices are unlocked and compatible with major carriers. We'll confirm compatibility before you buy.

Can I trade in my old phone?

Stop in and we'll take a look. We evaluate devices on a case-by-case basis.

Do you activate phones in the store?

Yes. We carry several prepaid phone plans and can activate your new device the same day.

Can I add a screen protector or case?

Absolutely. We stock cases, tempered glass screen protectors, and accessories for most popular models.

What if the phone I want isn't in stock?

We can special-order most devices. Special orders typically arrive next business day or within two business days. Full payment is required upfront, and orders must be placed in person at the shop.
