Pro+ limited lifetime screen warranty
Pro+ screens carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects for the original customer for as long as they own the device. Cracks, impact damage and liquid damage are excluded. The same terms apply at our Concord and Salisbury shops.

Genuine Apple: genuine Apple replacement parts with a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects.
Basic: a budget-friendly aftermarket screen with a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects.

Battery warranties: non-Apple Genuine batteries carry a 180-day manufacturer-defect warranty. Genuine Apple batteries, like all Genuine Apple parts, carry a 90-day manufacturer-defect warranty. The Pro+ limited lifetime warranty does not apply to batteries or every repair.
Local repair price-match policy
Found a lower local price for a comparable repair? We’ll match it. Our Concord and Salisbury shops match a current, verifiable competitor price from a repair business in Cabarrus, Rowan or Davidson County, North Carolina.
Compare the complete repair
The quote must be for the same device model and repair, with comparable replacement-part quality, warranty coverage and duration, and all required parts, labor and repair fees. A Basic screen quote is not a comparable price for a Pro+ screen repair.
Bring the price before authorizing your repair
Show us the competitor’s current published price or written quote, including the business name and repair details. We will verify the offer, confirm the comparison and give you the matched quote before work begins. The competitor’s quoted repair must be currently available.
We compare the complete repair price before sales tax; tax is additional. An eligible match lowers the price without changing the selected newAGAIN part option or its applicable warranty.

Does every repair have a lifetime warranty?
No. The limited lifetime warranty applies to Pro+ screens. Basic screens and all Genuine Apple parts carry a 90-day manufacturer-defect warranty. Non-Apple Genuine batteries carry a 180-day manufacturer-defect warranty.
Does newAGAIN match local repair prices?
Yes. Both our Concord and Salisbury shops match a current, verifiable competitor price for a comparable repair from a repair business in Cabarrus, Rowan or Davidson County. Bring the current published price or written quote before authorizing the repair. The device model, repair, part quality, warranty coverage and duration, and all required labor and fees must be comparable.
